PAYMENT.
We currently only accept PayPal - which is great for your convenience. Paypal ensures you have a peace of mind when shopping on this website as we're trading safely and do not store card details.
We do not accept any other payment method, including and not limited to: debit cards, credit cards, cheques, BACS or cash on collection.

DELIVERY.
We currently only offer delivery to U.K based addresses. We're looking at International Shipping options for the near future!
All items are dispatched within 3 working days, using the courier MyHermes; unless otherwise stated. MyHermes aim to deliver your item to you within 3 working days.
Delivery is offered with a flat fee of £4.95*, for your entire basket contents. Please note however, for larger or more valuable items, we may charge a higher rate due to the additional packaging and necessity for additional insurance. Additional delivery costs are outlined on respective product pages for your convenience.
All items are sent with tracking for your peace of mind.
If you need your item sooner, please contact me and I will endeavour to do my best to get it to you in the speediest way possible.
What if I'm not in?If you're not home when MyHermes try to deliver your parcel, they will try to leave your item with a neighbour or in a safe place. If this isn't possible, they will leave a card and try to redeliver. Please follow the instructions on your calling card if you wish to arrange redelivery or if you need to speak with the courier. If you do have any specific locations for your safe place, please leave these details at the checkout, or via the CONTACT form and we will include this information before dispatch.
*Delivery cost includes secure packaging of your order and transit fee.
REFUNDS.
As a small start-up business we currently do not offer refunds. All products are described as fully as possible - including any characteristic flaws (which I'm sure you will agree, add to the charm of vintage items!). If you do have any problems at all with your transaction, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
What if my item is lost or damaged in transit?
We will make a claim with MyHermes and offer a refund accordingly.
When will you have more stock?
I'm currently limited to the amount of products of which I can display on my website. The displayed product range will be extended very soon! In the meantime however, I will rotate stock regularly. You can also follow me on my social channels for updates on latest stock arrivals. If you see something you would like then please do let me know and I can upload it to my website - reserving it for you - and you can checkout as usual.

Promotion launches at 9:30am on Monday 4th May and ends promptly at 11pm on Thursday 7th May.
Discount for this promotion is 15% off. Promotion code SALE15 must be entered at the checkout; where your order total will be re-calulated.
Promotion is valid across all items in stock, online. As the customer, you will still be liable to pay the postage fee for your order.
Promotion not valid on any previous orders before Monday 4th May at 9:30am. This promotion is not valid on any orders places AFTER the code has expired on Thursday 7th May at 11pm.
Buckle and Fawn reserve the right to amend or end this promotion at any time.

DISCLAIMER.
Product Descriptions.
All items are sold as seen - we upload up to 5 photographs for each product. Should you require further details, please get in touch via the CONTACT form and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
We fully describe each product as best as possible; including measurements where relevant and outlining any characteristic flaws. As the majority of Buckle and Fawn products are vintage or of age, there may be rips, tears, chips or cracks. We will always highlight these as they do add to the charm and uniqueness of a retro one-off product.
Pricing.
While we will make every effort to ensure you see the correct and accurate price, Buckle and Fawn reserve the right to correct any obvious errors (by refunding or cancelling your order) where a displayed price is incorrect.
We may from time to time revise these Terms and Conditions. Any revisions or changes will take immediate effect. Should this affect your order, we will contact you directly by email. By shopping with Buckle and Fawn, you agree to our Terms of service.
